Your customer support is the best. Right after I installed the program I needed help understanding how to set up my inventory for the first time, Saturday night, 10:00pm, called the 800 number to leave a message and their Tech Support person answered the phone.  I couldn't believe it!  Real people answer the phone! They said tech support is open even on the weekends. I got my questions answered right away and even some great advice on taking my inventory.  These people rule!

I like the program. It works great. Why is it so cheap? Works better than any I've used before and they cost a lot more. I don't get it but I love it.
