With the RMS program you can use a barcode scanner and scan the items into the program that you count in inventory. Scanning is both easy and fast giving you greater accuracy while saving time. You can use any type of bar code scanner to scan the items and then import the data into the program

A barcode scanner is a device that reads a barcode label and converts the bar codes into numbers or letters. You can print the vendor item numbers as well as a description of the product and even the location number or slot number where the product is located. After you have scanned the inventory items connect the bar code scanner to the computer and the data will be uploaded for the program will process it.

There RMS program can print the barcode labels for you to place on the shelf by area and product description or by area and location number.
