Menu and Recipe Costing
Costing out menus and recipes is easy and
accurate using the RPS restaurant management program. The products selected for
either a recipe or to build a menu on our poll directly from the inventory.
When ever the price per case changes for any product in your inventory that is
an ingredient in any and all recipes the food cost or false proportion changes
automatically. This means that your food cost and menu item cost are
always current and accurate. No matter whether you update automatically from the
vendor or use the receive them a tour function and change the prices manually
the food cost is adjusted with each change.
